Training for real life in the Netherlands.

Everything happens at your home or in your neighbourhood, in English, Dutch or Portuguese. Each programme comes with a written plan and WhatsApp support between sessions.

Behaviour change

Problem behaviour always has a reason: a need that is not met, a fear, or a habit that was accidentally rewarded. We find it, and replace the behaviour with one that works for everyone.
